Return Policy

Returns will only be accepted for items that are damaged. You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to return your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. All orders are considered final sale with this exception. Please mail returns, including the original invoice included with package, to:

* If possible, please let us know the reason you are returning your item(s). Please list on your original packaging slip. We will email you a return confirmation once the item has been received at our facility.*

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping  - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

International Taxes and Duties may be incurred at arrival by recipient. These are not controlled by Life On. Cell Off™ and are not covered in shipping.

Exchange Policy

* Please list the size and/or item you would like in exchange. The item must be of equal value of the item you originally purchased. If possible, please let us know the reason you are exchanging your item(s). Please list everything on your original packaging slip.*

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. If your exchange is approved, we will initiate the exchange and mail it out to the same address of the original shipping address.
